DELIVERY TIME:

TYPES OF DELIVERY:
  • DPD / Omniva - to receive the shipment, specify the desired pickup point or your address. (Be sure to provide a mobile phone number to receive notification of order coming) (shipments include a package number by which the shipment can be traced)
  • Latvian post office - specify the address of receipt, the order will be sent to the nearest post office, where you will receive a notice of order coming

All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation that can be used to track your order. We cannot provide tracking information that exceeds the information provided by the Latvian Postal Service.

We are not responsible for packets that are lost or damaged in transit. When ordering, please double-check your billing account and shipping address, as we are unable to re-route.

Insurance is NOT included in the standard delivery. Customs and import duties are collected by the recipient country, so the buyer is responsible for them.

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the necessary information for placing an order, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to make orders and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

By entering the information, the customer agrees that notifications related to the order processing will be sent to the specified e-mail.

The information provided by the Customer will not be passed on to third parties without his prior consent.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law to protect our rights in connection with legal action, subpoenas or legal proceedings.

WARRANTY, REPAIR

Products have 5 years warranty and we will repair your leather goods for free, if they were broken of poor workmanship or defective materials.
This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear; accidental damage such as gashes, rips, usage of chemicals and cleaners; animal, fire and weather damage; third-party and intentional damage, etc.

* In photos, bags color tones are approximated to the actual color, however, they may differ depending on the screen parameters.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

Upon receipt of the order and at unpacking, inspect the product and if the product is found to be damaged or the product does not match the order, it must be photographed and contacted us.

The purchased product can be exchanged for an identical product in another color, if the original labels and packaging of the product are preserved.

Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt, contact with email.

The withdrawal letter must include the order number, the customer's e-mail that was registered at the time of the order and must be accompanied by photos of the product received. A withdrawal form will be sent within two business days and must be completed within 5 calendar days of shipping. The customer is obliged to return the product within 7 days after receiving the withdrawal form.

  • The returned product must be of the same quality as on receipt.
  • The product may not be used, repaired or modified.
  • Individual orders cannot be returned.
  • The money is refunded to the same current account.
  • Please note that all return shipping costs are to be borne by you.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal".

The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the product is damaged by negligent handling of the product during use or by not following the instructions, if the original packaging is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS

Leather products need to be taken care of so that they last a long time and retain their appearance.

CARE

Leather products must be cleaned and treated with products intended for natural skin.

If the leather product is soaked, it must dry slowly (do not dry the product on or near the radiator). During the drying process, we recommend greasing the product from time to time (eg with wax).

Prolonged exposure to sunlight is not recommended for leather products. We recommend waxing the product after sunbathing.

STORAGE

Leather products, like human skin, need care and attention. Products must be stored in a dry and warm place, ensuring air circulation to prevent the formation of moisture mold on the product. We recommend storing leather bags and accessories in a cloth bag through which air flows freely (do not use plastic bags, as they create a vacuum).

To ensure proper storage and transportation of the leather bag, we include a free cotton cloth bag.
